Extract sources from RPM ?

Greetings RPMers

I found a RPM for POSTFIX 2.0.7, for my specific OS, that is Linux RH 7.3.
The person how build this package did not provide his source RPM.

I need the make changes to the config line of the POSTFIX build.

Is it possible to simply 'extract' the source from a simple RPM, or even
better, build the source package out of a RPM ?
