[dag@lisse dag]$ rpm --initdb --root $HOME
[dag@lisse dag]$ rpm -Uhv --root $HOME --nodeps gurlchecker-0.3.10-0.dag.rh90.i386.rpm

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/bin/gurlchecker;3ea88bc1:
cpio: open failed - Permission denied
