hello all,
I have an issue where an application depends on a binary that doesnt
exsist on my system. I know what the binary is, but not the package
needing it. So, my mission is to fix this. I am using RPM ver3 (I know
its old, but thats what I am using) and the binary is
/usr/local/bin/python (this is NOT on the system, python lives in
/usr/bin). The distro I am using was based on caldera (yeah I know) so I
think it might be an issue with a hand full of left over RPMS that have
not been updated or recompiled.
So, how should I best tackle this little issue?
Many thanks in advance :)
Cheers
Mike
