missing file query

Hi

Is it possible to create a rpm package such that it
reports installation(entry in %files list) of a file,
but does not actually install the file. An example
would be to have abc.rpm report that it install
/usr/bin/abc so that its entry is found in the
database too, but not actually install the file onto
the system.
