rpm -ba to build does not work ???

Just installed redhat 9
Trying to rebuild some packages :

[root@localhost SPECS]# rpm -ba postfix.zesolution_build_1.spec
-ba: unknown option
[root@localhost SPECS]# rpm -qa | grep rpm
rpm-4.2-0.69
redhat-rpm-config-8.0.21-1
rpm-python-4.2-0.69
rpm-build-4.2-0.69
rpm-devel-4.2-0.69
[root@localhost SPECS]# uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.4.20-8bigmem #1 SMP Thu Mar 13 17:32:29 EST
2003 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@localhost SPECS]# rpm -qa | grep release
redhat-release-9-3

What gives ?
