Up2date Problem

Greetings all,

I recently installed RHEL WS 3 and tried to run 'up2date --register'.  
The process gets to step 2, where I enter my already established account 
information/password, and that's about it.  It never gets to the 
subsequent steps where I would put in system profile information, 
therefore, when I click the red icon to apply updates, it keeps 
prompting me that I must register my system.  Any help or suggestions 
would be really appreciated, and please feel free to respond to this 
email address.
