Wait a minute. RH is putting brackets in downloaded file names ?!?

That's *REALLY* broken, but might explain the sudden/recent
interest in handling brackets in pkg file names on rpm CLI.

I'll be happy to rant if you give me a pointer to borkage. In bugzilla, 
please.
