I like this idea. Maybe we could even do it like this:
%find_lang
Creates a %{name}.lang with _all_ locale files
%find_lang childsplay
Creates a childsplay.lang with the childsplay locale files
%find_lang childsplay letters memory
Creates a childsplay.lang with the childsplay, letters and memory locale files
Or maybe another macro as the latter case wouldn't be backward compatible.
Anyway, my initial recommendation is backward compatible and easy to fix.
