"Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found" issue.

Greetings. I grabbed the source RPM for PDFlib here
http://rpms.arvin.dk/pdflib/rh72/, in order to rebuild for RH9.

I get this error :

RPM build errors:
    Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/bin

Changing %_unpackaged_files_terminate_build in /usr/lib/rpm/macros as not
effect, and when adding this line in the %files section, I get a confict
error when trying to install :

%attr(0755,root,root) /usr/bin

Of course, I dont wanna mess the filesystem here, nor to I want to force the
install ;)

Any pointers on this one ?
