Install them both at the same time: 

rpm -Fvh up2date-3.1.23.2-1.i386.rpm up2date-gnome-3.1.23.2-1.i386.rpm

        up2date = 3.1.23.2 is needed by up2date-gnome-3.1.23.2-1
