segfault with just running "rpm -qa"

  just now, i noticed that running a simple "rpm -qa" printed
all of five packages, then segfaulted.  i did the customary
"rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db*", but the problem persists.

  thoughts?  this is new, and a little disturbing.

p.s.  this is on RH severn, 2.6.0-test5-bk10 kernel, 
  rpm version "rpm-4.2.1-0.11".
