Hello All:
I was wondering if there were any known repositories of the latest RPM
source code? I understand that I can get the latest copy of RPM from
the CVS instructions found at http://www.rpm.org/cvs_help/; however, I
the official ftp site seems to be out-of-date.
For instance, there is no source code past 4.1. There are RPMs for 4.2,
but no tar.gz's. And then, the 4.3.x and 4.4.x branches aren't
available. Am I correct in assuming that everyone else just grabs stuff
from CVS nowadays?
ie...
crammond birdland rpm.src $ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous cvs rpm org:/cvs/devel login
crammond birdland rpm.src $ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous cvs rpm org:/cvs/devel get -r rpm-4_4_2-release -d rpm-4.4.2 rpm
