file ownership change

Hi all,

        I have an issue with RPM. The RPM which I created will be installed on different system where differnt users present. I want to change ownership to different user and group based on the machine I install the RPM. Is there any way like %prefix tag to control it via .spec file and change it during the install time. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
