rebuild rpm db with a text list of rpm

Hello,

My RedHat 8 (with packages updated on RedHat network)
have a problem (by my own) with my rpm db. I have try
so much things, that now I want to know, if is it
possible to rebuild a complet db with a list of the
rpm.
I know exactelly the list of rpm installed on my
machine, how can I rebuild from a virgin db, a
complete db with this list of rpm ?
