http://www.redhat.com/advice/tips/rhce/rpm.html
1. install rpmdb-redhat
2. edit /etc/rpm/macros.solve and add
%_solve_pkgsdir /path/to/installtree/RedHat/RPMS/
%_solve_name_fmt %%{?_solve_pkgsdir}%%{NAME}-%%{VERSION}-%%{RELEASE}.%%{ARCH}.rpm
Then, when installing, add --aid.
