rpm rebuilddb from scratch

Hi,

RPM version 4.3.3  on Redhat AS
4

I often get the following error:

error: db4 error(-30988) from dbcursor->c_get:
DB_PAGE_NOTFOUND: Requested page not found

I have deleted the __db* files.  I
have done rpm --rebuilddb.

Is there a better way to rebuild the
rpm database?  I think this error is because the structure of the
database is not correct.
