One spec for all platforms : Package names

Hi,

I'm currently doing an RPM packaging and want to use same spec file for 
all distros. However, sometimes filenames may change between releases. For 
example, xorg-X11-devel (FC4) became  libX11-devel at FC5. Is there an 
easy way to merge all these buildrequires(or other requirements) in one 
spec file, like "if distro=fc5, then buildrequires is this..."
