Oh, thanks for reminding me. Yes, that's rather similar to what I've got,
although what I actually need is a list of just the duplicates, which
doesn't seem to be an output option for repomanage. But yeah.

Hmmm -- right offhand, I see that I call ts.setVSFlags just once, right
after creating the new transaction set, and repomanage does it repatedly
after opening every package.... That's probably it....
