Installing rpm in different path

Hi,

 

I want to create an rpm  which I wanted to install in /opt/program/bin. I downloaded the source rpm and  tried to add the following lines  in .spec file:

 

%define prefix /opt/program/bin

 

Prefix: /opt/program/bin

 

But it didn’t work… Any help is appreciated.
