What does this mean?

    error: failed to stat /login/kevinc/src/INCOMING/SPECS/bzip2.spec: m

I made the error disappear by putting two spaces before "CFLAGS" 
below.  With just one space I get the error.

%{__make} CC=%{__cc}  CFLAGS="${RPM_OPT_FLAGS}"

Huh?

P.S.:	Sorry to be so noisy of late.  I just did a major upgrade to
	my rpm program and now I'm rebuilding a lot of my custom rpms.
