problems with installed but not packaged files

Hello,

I am attempting to create my first rpm.
I am working with a sample rpm spec file for Pyrex and updating it for the latest build of Pyrex.

I modified the spec file to indicate the correct version of Pyrex, and I left the %prep, %setup %build and %install section as is.

When I run rpmbuild -bb Pyrex.spec, I get a list of about 50 files that are "installed but not packaged".

I copied this list and included all the files under the %files directive.
When I run rpmbuild -bb again, I get the same list of installed but not packaged files.

Any suggestions appreciated.
