Umm, I don't think there's a way to control it. But I have plenty of
binary only RPM's, and it's not at all confusing that I can't get the
source for them (nor is it confusing that a source RPM *exists*, I am
simply not entitled to a copy). For example (note the license, vendor,
etc fields):
$ rpm -qi VRTSvxvm-common
