Building a binary RPM without a source RPM (in this case meaning an
RPM containing a tarball with binaries) is in general a bad idea,
as rebuilding the (binary) RPM is not posisble then.
Using files from outside the SOURCES directory is just "not done"
when building RPMs and that what's happening here.
