I did the same thing as well and maybe it's because either that is one way
of doing it, or because we don't have anything set in /etc/hosts.deny
whereas /etc/hosts.allow would be needed. I also run my own domain so maybe
mine is a little different and not downloading from an ISP, not sure.
Then again, I also upgrade to latest sendmail beta and compile it myself
from source but above was done and working prior to this *shrug*.
