By knowing what ever, you don't expect what was no-pain, simple config on 7.0 now is a real SHIT, I *mean* SHIT in a Red Hat.
Have any of you ever installed Linux- Mandrake?
Obviously not.
NOBODY should need to be an expert of RedHat's changes in order to install an upgrade.
You may be skillfull, knowledgable administrators every one of you however that does not change the fact that a lot of guesswork is needed here.
I did what I was told, to the letter, but the sendmail did NOT give any signs of life to anybody but root at the console. I have no problems with RedHat anymore! ;-)
Mandrake works, straight out from the box. NO HAZZLE !
:-)
Thanks for your time friends.
For RedHat:
It's time to put your act together, let go of that arrogance, listen to customers and act accordingy!
