Yes, that is what I did and it worked fine.  It will ask you during the
install to label your partitions(Winbloze, linux).  I would install LILO
in the mbr and have LILO point to NTLDR and linux.  LILO is much simpler
to configure than NTLDR.  My problems began when I switched the hd's
into another box.
