What he's trying to point out is that the default RH 7.1
installation comes with _empty_ files /etc/hosts.allow and
/etc/hosts.deny which means you don't need any change at all to run
sendmail, normally. But I guess, if one had asked you for system
configuration details, you would have replied with insults only.
