There are a number of ways to do this. kickstart is one way. What we have
done on out 50+ machines is use tar. You can tar a whole disk to produce a
image file , and then untar it on several systems. On the newer faster
machines this is rather quick. If you want to see the tar scripts we could
share them with you.
