Nevermind, I logged on again in 2.4.3-12, got the error message again, I
rpm -Uvh pump* from the CD, it worked, then I rpm -e pump;rpm-e
pump-devel and now... dhcpcd works! don't ask me why...

Also, don't pay attention to this one, you just have to run
vmware-config.pl and it does a great job compiling the module itself ;).
