Omar,
What does your sendmail.mc file look like.  By default
RedHat has enable sendmail only to listen on the
loopback for security reasons.  If you have a line
that is looks like this:

DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1,
Name=MTA')dnl

Comment it out and rebuild you config.
