It's a mail-loop. That is, something came in addressed to a domain that the
SMTP server thinks it should act as a relay for, but the DNS MX records told
it to send it back to itself. Either the MX record is faulty, or the SMTP
server is actually supposed to treat such a message as a "local delivery"
instead of a "relay." Either way, it is a configuration problem of some sort.
