No, it's a shuttle SK41G box. Athlon XP 1700+, North bridge:VIA KM266
South bridge:VIA 8235.

I tried, vga=ask, pci=bios,bioirq, mem=nopentium, noathlon, etc... no luck.
Just wanting to see if the rh9 boot disk would work.
