One catch - it is probably already there.
It's part of kernel-utils.
It's one of the reasons why some people see 'drive_cmd'
messages on their console if the HDD doesn't fully
support the the S.M.A.R.T. options
My solution was to download from sourceforge and
install on top
Yes that's bad - but I didn't want to delete
kernel-utils coz I have no idea what irqbalance or
or dmidecode do (among other things)
