Welcome to the club! That one bites more and more users with other keys.
Look whether the following matches your description:

The work-around for you would be to not fetch Red Hat's Beta key
from the keyserver, but from a place where Red Hat offers it
in original form, /usr/share/rhn/BETA-RPM-GPG-KEY with up2date
installed.
