Hello,
I havent built squid on my RH9 box, so I dont know if what I am telling you is correct or not, but it may give you some help.
sgml-tools is a text formatting package (www.sgmltools.org) but I found that my system has linuxdoc-tools installed, which for arguments sake, they are the same thing. I dont know if linuxdoc-tools is installed by default with RH9. I've installed apt4rpm on my machine, so it might have come down as a dependency for some other package.
Hope this helps a little.
Cheers,
Adrian
