Numerous mails about disk usage

Hello all,

I am getting a darn lot of messages about disk usage. My disk usage 
for one partition has gone over 90%. The system warned me about it 
which is fine. But the problem is that it keeps on warning me again 
and again and sending me a mail each time.

How can I control this behavior ?
