Hi
Can I limit memory use per application? I'm having troubles with some
applications ( anjuta, maybe tora too ) which seem to leak memory and
after a few hours of use the hard drive will have continuous activity
because of swapping. ( even had to cold-reboot )
I've limited now in
/etc/security/limits.conf
the memory to 256mb like this
marius hard rss 262144
marius hard stack 262144
What does 'data - max data size' item do?
If possible, I'd like to limit memory per application to 64mb.
Thanks,
