There's no redhat-config-ups yet.

/etc/sysconfig/ups is used only by the init script. /etc/ups/ups.conf and
/etc/ups/upsd.* are used by upsd, /etc/ups/upsmon.conf is the configuration
file for the client side daemon (upsmon).
Configuring nut for the simplest possible configuration (1 machine monitoring
the UPS that powers it) requires manually editing _five_ configuration files,
and possibly chmod:ing the /dev to which the UPS is connected. :-( Somebody
really needs to write that redhat-config-ups for the next release.
