No Sound - Configuration or Need Driver?

Hello List,

I would appreciate some help to get this PCI SB Live working. It's on a new
Dell with a BIOS that doesn't have a PNP OS on/off selection. There are no
ISA slots.

I think I need a Linux driver for this SB from somewhere. The /dev/dsp is a
new device to me, so a link may be all that needed.
