If they're both using the same module, you have to swap them physically.
IIRC, the kernel goes through the PCI slotys from top to bottom.

But since one is physically /on the motherboard/, swapping them is (at best) difficult. I guess I'll simply label them on the back of the box and get used to it. Thanks!
