Secure file transfer.

Can anyone recommend a Windows client/Linux server combination that can securely transfer files via FTP? 

ProFTPD looks like it can handle the server end, but without a convenient client for Windows users, its an incomplete solution.

Any other suggestions utilizing SSL, SSH, etc are also welcome, but the client side has to be idiot proof for the average Windows user. i.e. No command line - has to be a GUI.
