I know that OSS (www.4front-tech.com) has drivers for the SB PCI 128 but 
they cost money.  I am not sure if there are any free ones.  Check the 
ALSA project and http://www.opensource.creativelabs.com/

I have not heard of the ETEQ 82C6638AT/6629 AGP chipset, what is wrong 
with your MotherBoard?
