CDROM sound cable for ISA SB16?

I'm in the process of upgrading my system with newer/faster components. When I
first got my system, it had a SoundBlaster 16 sound card with a Sony CDU-31A 2x
CDROM drive. I would like to replace the Sony unit with a CD-RW drive. The
sound cable that the Sony used does not fit the new unit. I believe that in the
distant past, I have seen sound cables offered to go between SB cards and
"non-SB" cdroms, but I can't find any now. Any (polite) suggestions?
