[Sound] Re: how do I install sndconfig?

It *should* be installed if you selected 'Multimedia Support'.

If not, just mount the CD and (as root) do:
  rpm -Uvh /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/sndconfig-*
  
(You can also use gnorpm, or the update agent to do this.)
