[Sound] Query while installing sound card

Hi

We Installed Linux Mandrake 7.2 Which was a downloaded image.
While installing the sound card we received a message

 " PCI Sound Card  was found in your system.  The details are 
   Model: IntelCorporation | Unkown deveice 8086 | 2445 "

This was the message. After this we could not proceed, We Expect your 
suggestion.
