[Sound] sound config.

hiya redhat!
            I\'am  the  student of KLE 
engineering  college, belgaum, INDIA.I  have  
faced  a  problem  while  configuring  for  
sound  on  my  system. I  liked  the  overall  
aspects  of  the  RED HAT 7.0 relaese  and  the  
only  problem  I\'am  facing  is  that  the  
sound  configuration  is  not  getting  properly  
it\'s  work  done  on  my  system. I  have  
listed  all  the  details  of  my  system  and  
the  problem.

system configuration:
 1)AMDK6-2 3D.
 2)YAMAHA SOUND CARD YMF SERIES (DS1 CARD)
 3)SIS 530.
 
problem:yamaha sound  card  is  not  getting  
configured  only  on  my  system.But  where  as  
the  same  yamaha  card  is  configured  for  my  
friends\'  system  and  thats  the  confusion.
the  sound  which  is  played  by  that  fellow  
is  being  heard  and  the  system  gets  hanged, 
sometimes  the  half  sound  is  heard  which  
is  for  testing.
   please  help  me  about  this ....
