Rajdeep,

You haven't mentioned the Red Hat / kernel version you have installed.
If you have Red Hat 7.0 with the latest kernel, it does support the
82810 AC 97 audio. In case there's a problem install the Alsa drivers
from http://www.alsa-project.org/
