It looks like your system has invalid BIOS IRQ tables. You can try
booting with the option "pci=biosirq" as a workaround and see if it
helps. Also settig "Non plug and play OS" in the BIOS if it has the
option and/or disabling ACPI in it
At the boot menu hit 'a' and add "pci=biosirq", or at the boot floppy
prompt type "linux pci=biosirq"
You might also want to check if the vendor has a fixed BIOS
