[Sound] How to enable the sound in linux redhat 8.0

Hello everyone,
 I have this soundcard: VT8233 AC97 Audio Controller ,
which is a built-in card, and I is not working in my
Linux 8.0. This is the message I receive when I try to
configure the soundcard: "device /dev/dsp can't be
opened (no sush device)". I have tried using sndconfig
and sound server utilities and I keep receiving the
same error
  Please tell me how to fix this problem.
