I've succesfully upgraded from 0.2 to 0.3 in a CentOS 5.2, following  
wiki [1] instructions:

According to ChangeLog (rhn-satellite is no longer in /etc/init.d,  
use /sbin/rhn-satellite to start/stop the entire satellite) I think  
there's a typpo in the wiki:

Make sure your spacewalk server is down:

# service rhn-satellite status

Sould be "/sbin/rhn-satellite status".

After upgrading I get this error/warnings when getting service status:
